Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund.

Eligible Items for Return

Items must meet ALL of the following conditions:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• In original condition with all tags attached
• In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size ordered (please check size charts before ordering)
• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Color looks different on screen vs. in person
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Claims submitted after 30 days of delivery

We accept returns from customers in:

• CANADA - All provinces and territories
• UNITED STATES - All 50 states

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at allweeklong03@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include:

• Your order number
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return
• Photos (if item is defective or incorrect)

Step 2: Get Return Authorization
We will respond within 48 business hours with return authorization and shipping address.

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack items securely and use a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return (5-7 business days), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear in 5-10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

FOR CANADA: Customer pays return shipping (unless item is defective). Estimated cost: $10-$20 CAD

FOR UNITED STATES: Customer pays return shipping (unless item is defective). Estimated cost: $12-$25 USD

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, email us immediately at allweeklong03@gmail.com with photos. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
